OUR BUSINESS HOURS ARE FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY Dear Valued Patient, As you are aware, there has been a monumental spike in COVID 19 cases in Michigan, especially in the local area. Due to this spike we experiencing staffing shortages causing extreme difficulty in maintaining on site staff. In response to this climate, it has become necessary to adjust our plan for safely providing reproductive care. This plan includes adjusting clinic hours, procedures, and the number of IVF treatment cycles that we are performing each month accordingly. Patients will be able to proceed with treatment; however, there may be an adjustment in the timing so we can deliver the highest quality of care keeping the safety of patients and staff as the main priority. Each patient that intends on proceeding with fertility treatment will be placed on the list for upcoming IVF cycles, coordinated by myself and my knowledgeable staff. I appreciate you continuing to support our office as we join you in overcoming the obstacles that have been placed in front of us by Covid-19 Thank you again for your understanding Please note that: Effective 11/9/20 our business hours have been adjusted to 9am-3pm Monday to Friday due to staffing restrictions in place to address the current public health crisis. In an effort to promote the safety of our employees and patients we are adhering to certain policies as outlined below: -our lobby remains closed, therefore no walk-ins of any type are permissible unless you have a scheduled appointment -only scheduled patients will be admitted into the facility -a COVID-19 screen is performed on all scheduled patients the day prior to the appointment -all scheduled patients are instructed to arrive on time (not early or late) and are instructed to wait in their vehicles. Our staff will notify the patient when to come up -all patients entering the facility must arrive with a face mask on. Individuals without a facemask will not be admitted -a staff member will perform a COVID symptom screen when the patient arrives and a temperature check will be performed -a patient will NOT be admitted if exhibiting any symptoms, such as cough, shortness of breath, temperature of 100.4 or higher, loss of taste/smell -all IVF patients are screened before they start the IVF process. A COVID test is required at the 2nd ultrasound -all hysteroscopies require a negative COVID test, one week prior to the procedure.
