How do I submit my fertility story? +
Use the form above, selecting "Share My Story." Tell us briefly what your journey involved and what you'd like to share. We look for honest, detailed accounts from Michigan-based patients. We do not require any specific outcome — IVF success, ongoing treatment, or even a decision to stop treatment are all valid stories to tell.
